We strive to provide the members of our community with a one of a kind fitness experience tailored to meet the needs of all guests. The idea was generated out of a need for all individuals to be able to exercise in a clean, luxurious, fun, entertaining space that brings in all the equipment of a traditional gym while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Our company was founded by Bo Smith, a Rockledge native who was a key member of the only 2 State Championship Football teams in Rockledge’s history. Bo and his family moved back to Rockledge and it’s here where he decided to pursue his dream of owning and operating a health facility to engage the community in a healthy, active lifestyle. Bo believed that the traditional big box gym setting was not for everyone and it actually deterred a large portion of the community from exercising. For many, gyms are great and serve a wonderful purpose, but for several others it provides barriers and limitations that prevent them from getting a quality exercise session.
