Scheduling and Pricing
Gym members report their target is to exercise 3-5 times per week. However, the actual amount of exercise sessions fall between 0-2 times per week.
By booking sessions based on usage verses days per week it allows flexibility for individuals to increase or decrease their training frequency as needed. No more reoccurring monthly fees. At
Concierge Fitness you only pay for the time you schedule.
Booking Policy
- Sessions can only be booked based on calendar availability. We operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which allows time for everyone regardless of schedule.
- All sessions must be scheduled at time of booking. To book multiple sessions at once, please call our representatives at (321) 750-5628 or (321) 750-5629.
- Although our facility is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; our booking platform does not operate between the hours of 9 PM EST – 7 AM EST. For guests looking to exercise between those hours, please be sure to schedule your session before 9 PM EST or after 7 AM EST.
- For group sessions no more than 5 participants are permitted to exercise in a single session.
- Cancellations with less than 1 hour notice will be charged a return processing fee of $2.00.
